For Linnea, there is nothing more personal than her home and her family. This is why when she’s helping her clients find a place to call theirs, it’s not just a business transaction. It is about their every day life. Their morning. Their night. Their memories. Their comfort. Their calm. Their chaos. Their place to call their own. Their place to be themselves. That’s why it’s not just business to her. It’s personal.
Linnea has lived her whole life in the greater Saint John area and currently call Quispamsis home. Her husband, Tim, is a school teacher, and they have two children. She absolutely loves what she does and she loves being creative in her ‘thinking outside the box’ way of redefining real estate. Coming from a family that has, for decades, run a very reputable construction company, she has a well-rounded and solid foundation for her career in real estate.

Davis has recently moved back to his hometown to partner with his mother, Mary Schryer, in the family business - Schryer Realty. An avid skier and hockey player in the winter, mixed with summer boating on the Kennebecasis River, Davis loves to spend time with his family and friends. That knowledge reawakened her passion for real estate, and Michelle became licensed in 2015, working hard for her clients ever since.
Michelle lives happily with her husband, two sons, two cats their beloved Morkie, and dog, “Chug” (Chihuahua-Pug cross) Jazzy. When she is not working or spending time with family you can probably find her relaxing with a good book or cooking a meal for her friends.
